You can look up your order status, invoice details and Q&A records in “My order” after logging to your account.

Pick your items → Add to your cart → Confirm your order details → Proceed to checkout → Log in via email/ other socials media accounts → Select your payment and delivery methods → Enter the recipient information → Order confirmation → Receive your product.



Notice:
When you add an item to your shopping cart, it will not be reserved for you. Therefore, it may happen that another customer has already bought the item before you completed your order at the checkout.

We are not able to make changes to your order once it has been placed.
This includes order and payment details. Please login to your order page to cancel your order and place a new one instead.
